Electronic Waste

Some electronics contain hazardous materials like lead, mercury, and cadmium. They pose a threat to the environment if buried in a landfill. 

Bring your non-working electronics to a Community Recycling Centre for free (residential loads only).

If the electronic item is still functional, consider donating or selling it before disposing of it. Reusing items is a useful way to reduce waste.
